Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for all audio equipment, including speakers, headphones, amplifiers, mixers, and other electronic audio products.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items).
Opened items (including sealed boxes) can only be returned if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the incorrect item was delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance”

Custom or special-order products

Software or digital content (once opened or downloaded)

Items that have been altered, modified, or damaged due to misuse
3. How to Return an Item
Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at hello@peakkaraoke.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label for defective or damaged items (photo or video proof required).
If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than damage or defect, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Condition of Return: Please ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Items returned in damaged condition may not qualify for a refund. We recommend insuring the return shipment.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please contact Customer Service. Exchanges depend on product availability and any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your audio equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return and replacement. Photos or videos may be requested to assist with insurance claims.
6. Restocking Fee
For returns not due to damage, defect, or our error, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Items must be shipped back to our Markham, ON, Canada location. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. International returns must meet the same requirements as domestic returns.
