Shipping Policy

At Peak Karaoke, we’re committed to excellence and the complete satisfaction of our customers. We take pride in offering reliable and timely shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow for possible delays during peak seasons or holidays.


1. Shipping Times

  • Standard processing time: 24–48 hours

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days (depending on destination and carrier)

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high order volumes, shipments may experience minor delays. If this occurs, we’ll notify you by email.


2. Same-Day Dispatch

We are proud to offer same-day dispatch for in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM (EST).
To request expedited processing, please contact us at 647-649-7060 or email hello@peakkaraoke.com immediately after placing your order.

For customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Uber delivery is available for same-day service. We also offer Next-Day Express options for destinations outside the GTA. Please note that both expedited delivery options are subject to additional shipping fees, which will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.


3. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at hello@peakkaraoke.com if you need to correct your address.


4. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a restocking fee.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Peak Karaoke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local courier and file a report.


6. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will:

  • Ship all available items first, and

  • Send remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.

You’ll receive an update by email regarding any partial shipments.


7. Import Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery.


8. Acceptance of Policy
