Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not completely happy, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for all audio equipment, including speakers, headphones, amplifiers, mixers, and other electronic audio products. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging(including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included). Opened items (including sealed boxes) can be returned only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items. The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" Custom or special-order products/ Software or digital content (once opened or downloaded). Items that have been altered, modified, or damaged due to misuse
3. How to Return an Item
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@peakkaraoke.com. within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). If the return is due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Condition of Return: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. Items returned in damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

FAQ 9: Can I connect a Subwoofer to my Karaoke System?
Yes! Most of our amplifiers support external subwoofers for a richer, deeper bass. The PK-SBR-100 subwoofer is included with certain packages, but for most amplifiers, you'll need to purchase a subwoofer separately. The PK-AMP-100 Series does not support subwoofers, but all other PEAK systems are compatible.
FAQ 10: What do I do if my TV doesn’t have Bluetooth?
If your TV doesn’t have Bluetooth, there are alternative connection options:
Headphone Jack: Use a 3.5mm cable to connect to the PEAK amplifier.Optical Output: For TVs without a headphone jack, use an optical to RCA converter (for Amplifier Series 100, 200, and 400).Bluetooth: If your TV has Bluetooth, simply pair it with the PEAK system.
