What expedited delivery options are available?

We offer same-day or next-day delivery for urgent orders within the Greater Toronto Area. We partner with Uber for rapid delivery. Contact us directly for specific costs and available delivery times.

Ontario (Golden Triangle)

We provide next-day delivery from Windsor to Toronto (GTA) to Montreal

Outside Ontario: For the rest of Canada, expect 5-7 days for delivery.

USA: We offer 5-7 day delivery to most locations.

Our amplifiers allow for seamless control over mic volume, music mixing, and tonal adjustments, delivering a dynamic sound stage experience. Unlike many competitors, our systems are designed to bring the clarity and depth of a professional setup right into your home. Each PEAK system comes with a Quick Start Guide tailored to your specific model. You can also access step-by-step video tutorials on our YouTube channel. If you need additional help, feel free to email us at hello@peakkaraoke.com for a free copy of the guide or personalized support.

Speaker size is determined by the size of your room. For rooms up to 500 sq. ft. , we recommend our 100 Series speakers (Model # PK-SPK-100) for a full, balanced sound. For larger rooms, consider the PK-SPK-200, 300, or 400 Series for enhanced sound coverage and bass response. Matching your speakers to your room size is key to getting the most out of your system.

Yes! Most of our amplifiers support external subwoofers for a richer, deeper bass. The PK-SBR-100 subwoofer is included with certain packages, but for most amplifiers, you'll need to purchase a subwoofer separately. The PK-AMP-100 Series does not support subwoofers, but all other PEAK systems are compatible.

If your TV doesn’t have Bluetooth, there are alternative connection options:

Headphone Jack: Use a 3.5mm cable to connect to the PEAK amplifier. Optical Output: For TVs without a headphone jack, use an optical to RCA converter (for Amplifier Series 100, 200, and 400). Bluetooth: If your TV has Bluetooth, simply pair it with the PEAK system.

A buzzing sound typically indicates a low battery on the microphone dongle. Recharge it for at least 2 hours before use. If the buzzing persists after charging, try moving any electronic devices (like LED lights or dimmers) away from your system to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).
